“Can you take me to MAD House in District 2? Last time i attended farewell party there”, and the driver know it already. It was 2 months ago when i came to this place, to say farewell to my German friend. She is a very good person and good partner for dog walking. I remember at that time the food here was really good. It was a tapas style dinner, so i got to try many kind of dishes. The view also very good. It’s a European style restaurant, and i really like it.
Today i went there with my husband to show him the restaurant and to try the delicious chips! 😀 We picked an outdoor table because it wasn’t that sunny at that time. The waitress came and gave us the menu.
They have a wide range choice of beer. They also have special menu of the day.
He ordered MAD Burger and MAD Beer, while i ordered Danish Fish Cake and MAD Soda’s Coconut & Lime. And of course i didn’t forget to order Crispy Taro Chips.
While waiting, i took some pictures of the place.
After some time, our chips and drinks came. MAD Beer has a passion fruit in it, and MAD Soda’s Coconut & Lime was good as well. This chip is my favorite! It’s thin and very crispy, and the sauce is really good. Dip the chips in the sauce and i can’t stop eating!
As we sat there, we noticed there were many foreigner and no local family / couple. This place is recommended to have a chill and relax time. The food also delicious.
Maybe next time I can go here with friends and just drink coffee and have a good chat. They are located at 6/1/2 Nguyen U Di, Thao Dien, District 2, Ho Chi Minh City. They also serve breakfast menu, and for the weekend it lasts until 2 pm.
