Tamago Kake Gohan! Been wanting to try this out but need a really fresh egg. Thankfully we found this restaurant that is relatively new in Novena Square. This supposed to be a breakfast menu in Japan, but heck, I had it for dinner instead. It uses raw egg but it doesn’t taste like raw egg. So yummy! I added Negitoro as topping. The trendy way to eat this is to add all the condiments (furikake and soy sauce) and mix it together. The fluffy white egg gives a mushy texture to the rice. Maybe I would like it even more if the white egg was not whipped (the traditional one as seen on Japanese Drama lol).
